DSS Exam Booking System


Exam Appointments

To register for an oral exam in the DSS group, please use the form on the left.

  • Please start by selecting the applicable lecture.
  • Afterwards, select the number of students that will take the exam together. You have the following choices:
    • only you ("single slot exam"),
    • you and one partner ("double slot exam"), or
    • you and two partners ("triple slot exam").
  • Then, select the day and the time for your exam. Available dates are indicated by a green box. Please use the "->>" and "<<-" buttons to find an open time slot. 
  • Fill out the form according to your selection. Remember to give information on all participating students.
  • Confirm your selection and submit it.
  • After your slot request has been manually reviewed, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation or the cancellation of the requested exam appointment.
  • Please note that after you have received an appointment confirmation, a full cancellation of the exam is only possible with the central examination office.
  • However, we do allow the postponing of an appointment up to one week prior to the originally confirmed date. In case of sickness (confirmed by a doctor's note), postponing is possible up to the day before your exam.
