Media Center

In our media center you can find

  • pictures of us, our activities, and our research,
  • videos that are used in our lectures and scientific talks, and
  • audio examples recorded during our speech and audio experiments.

Special thanks to all the photographers in the DSS team: Jan Bajorat and Christian Lüke in the "early times", but also to Eric Elzenheimer and Thorben Kaak as the photographers of the "second PhD generation".

Furthermore, you can find in our media center several surveys, that help us in our research. Examples for such surveys are the subjective evaluation of communication systems or intelligibilty classification of pathologic speech examples. For some of the surveys you will need an access code to participate. This is because of the protection of the test subjects.

Also we offer several data bases in our media center. Some of these data bases can be used for free for research purposes. An overview of the available data bases can be found here.

MIMO SONAR System

Recently, we get the new projector front-ends from Atlas Elektronik for our MIMO SONAR system. This was part of the "Großgerät" which was obtained with the help of the German research foundation (DFG). Now we are able to perform underwater experiments that will show if our ideas and corresponding realt-time algorithms also works in real environments.
