On Monday, 27th of May, CASSy - our new research platform for underwater signal processing arrived at the technical faculty. Thorben, Alexej, and Owe "pulled" her home from Wismar, where she was produced. CASSy is financed by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and, of course, we deliver a very big thank you to the DFG for the support.

Beside CASSy (the ship) we will get also a new MIMO-SONAR hardware (also funded by the DFG) that allows for new SONAR and communcation modes, which we are happy to investigate in the near future.
