On January 20th, 2017 we had our yearly winter party. As usual we start in the Aquarium with our traditional three talks. First Christin Bald, Christin Willrodt, Morton Stabenau, and Tobias Klawonn had a look on the differences between female and male students in electrical engineering during the student talk. Afterwards Marco Gimm and Jens Reermann looked back via the "DSS science slam" on the last year via the "PhD glasses". Finally Gerhard Schmidt showed some ideas on the next research steps for the DSS team.

After this "hard work" we had a barbeque and something to drink in the audio lab. During this occasion our two new fridges were extensively tested. Hope you all had a nice evening with nice, interesting and funny conversations.

Thanks a lot to Eric Elzenheimer who had organized quite a big part of this event.
